Breadsticks with organic wheat flour

Wheat is the most widespread cereal crop, grown all over the world. High in carbohydrates and low in fat, it also contains minerals and proteins. We use flours made from soft wheat grown in Italy, which we buy from a mill in Emilia-Romagna. Our wheat flours are type 0, type 2 and wholemeal.
