The olives that produce our extra virgin oil are grown and pressed by our supplier in Calabria. The oil is produced by cold mechanical pressing, contains no additives of any kind and retains all its flavours, aromas and nutritional properties. To maintain the quality, we store it in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen.
