If you want to make really high quality breadsticks, you have to start with excellent ingredients. Our flours and other ingredients are sourced from selected producers with whom we have worked for years. We mainly use Italian raw materials, produced by methods that are 100% organic. We check the standards by regular visits to our suppliers, and we carefully analyse all incoming raw materials.

the supplier must ensure that the flours comply with the criteria required for Organic food and that the wheat used to make them is grown in Italy, mainly in the Po Valley.
we use oil from olives grown and pressed on the Sibari Plain in Calabria, supplied by a farmer who only harvests olives in this area, and who certifies the entire production, guaranteeing not to mix it with other oils.
